Working with architects, interior designers, and engineers is something we do all the time at Cal-Pacific Contracting. We have professionals in all of these categories that we work with regularly, but we are also happy to collaborate with the professionals our clients choose. No matter who we are working with, we want to ensure that our client’s vision is carried out and that the completed project is in line with their expectations.
If you are in need of an architect or interior designer for your project, we are able to make recommendations. There are many great designers in the area that we can confidently recommend based on our experience working with them. We may even be able to get you better pricing on design services than you could get on your own!
We are also able to consult with your architect or interior designer during the design phase of your project. This is important if you are on a strict budget for your custom home build in Temecula. We can work directly with your architect or interior designer to help ensure that their design choices keep the project within your budget. As a general contractor, we typically have a better handle on the current pricing of materials and labor than architects or interior designers might. Many of our custom home clients have found our early input to be very beneficial. The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a certain design choice, only to find out later that it will put your project outside of your budget! Bringing your general contractor into the process early can help avoid this.
No matter who we are working with—professionals who are familiar to us or those who are new to us—we communicate regularly so all parties are kept apprised of the projects’ progress. Current project documents are always accessible to the project’s architect, and we welcome their input. We won’t hesitate to reach out to your architect or interior designer if we have questions about the designs from which we are working. We want your wishes to be carried out exactly how you envision them!
